Frequently Asked Questions
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then go to Subscriptions. Find Flor in the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Your premium access stays active until the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged again after that.
Yes — Flor has a local-only mode that requires no account at all. Your data stays entirely on your device and is never sent to any server. You'll miss cross-device sync, but everything else works the same. You can switch to a signed-in account at any time from Settings without losing your existing data.
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers. If you're using local-only mode, your data is removed when you uninstall the app. If you run into trouble, contact us below and we'll handle it manually within 2 business days.
Yes. When you're signed in with Sign in with Apple, your logs, entries, and settings sync automatically across all your devices via secure cloud storage. Your Apple Watch also stays in sync with your iPhone. If you use local-only mode, data stays on a single device only.
Go to Settings → Export Data to generate a PDF report of your health history. You can choose a date range and select which categories to include. The report is designed to be shared directly with your healthcare provider — you can AirDrop it, email it, or save it to Files.
Never. We do not sell, share, or use your health data for advertising. Your data is stored securely and used only to power the features you use in the app. We don't use any analytics or tracking SDKs either. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
Make sure you're using the same Apple ID you originally signed up with. If you chose to hide your email when signing in with Apple, you'll have a private relay address — use that. Try signing out of iCloud and back in if Sign in with Apple isn't responding. Still stuck? Send us a message below with your device model and iOS version and we'll sort it out.
Yes, optionally. Flor can read steps, heart rate, sleep, weight, and active energy from Apple Health, and can write digestive symptom categories back to it. Both are off by default — you enable them in Settings → Apple Health. You can revoke access at any time from iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices.
The Watch app stores entries locally and syncs them to your iPhone when it's in range. You can log symptoms, meals, and check-ins on your watch even without your phone — everything queues up and syncs automatically once you reconnect. If entries aren't syncing, try opening the Flor iPhone app to trigger a manual sync.
